Mini Tilda on handbag shaped cards

I had some images of Magnolia Tilda but didn't want them at their actual size for these cards so the were scanned and made smaller then printed using a photo printer so the edges of the ink wouldn't run! I used the cricut just to cut basic shapes, rectangle, ovals, circles etc.. and I also used the cuttlebug embossing folders to the layering behind the Tilda images.

Handbag shaped thankyou card

Folded an A4 sheet of card into 2, marked in 3 cms in along the fold and cut to the outer corner on each side to get the shape. Used GBS to make the circle for the flap. Card was sewn to give the hand stitched look, added a few embellishments and wahlah!

Woburn - White rabbit!

With it being the Easter Holidays and the children are off from school, we decided to take Alyssa and Paris to the Safari Park at Woburn, the children loved it, but were no way surprised that we were driving through the park and the animals roaming freely. They wanted to get out and pet the animals.

Alyssa saw an Albino Kangaroo, on seeing it piped up 'core look at that large rabbit'! Well we were at the time facing it front on and it was sitting back on it's back legs eating a carrot between its front paws, you could see how see came to her conclusion. Bless!

Bunny behind card

I designed the cut file in DS using GBS.

Stitched the layering together, cut out and put together the bunny behind without ears but I didn't use the original tail I made a larger one that would best show! I then added a few Prima flowers and some leaves, a few butterflys and lady bugs.

Bunny shaped cards

The bunny shaped card I designed in DS using GBS, cut file worked pretty well.

Close up view:

Paris's card for her to give to her mum and dad:

Alyssa's card made for her dad, as you can see she got carried away with the bling!:
